1.3 Information From Other Sources

We may receive business or professional contact information from third-party services, integrations, prospecting tools, referral partners, business partners, social networks, publicly available sources, or other lawful sources.

For example, we may use prospecting or business intelligence tools to identify businesses or professionals that may benefit from our Services.

We do not sell or rent lists of personal information, nor do we currently purchase consumer contact lists for mass marketing purposes.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS

Jeraa provides CRM, automation, communication, marketing, implementation, consulting, AI-supported tools, and related Services to business clients.

In providing these Services, we may process personal information that our clients collect about their own leads, prospects, customers, patients, clients, employees, contractors, or other individuals.

In these situations, the Jeraa client generally determines why and how the information is collected and used, and Jeraa processes the information on the client's behalf in accordance with our agreement with that client and applicable law.

The types of client-controlled information processed through the Services depend on how each client configures and uses its account and may include contact information, communications, appointments, forms, transaction information, customer records, marketing information, and other information submitted to or generated through the Services.

If you are a customer, patient, prospect, employee, or client of a business that uses Jeraa-powered Services and you have questions or requests regarding information that business has collected about you, you should generally contact that business directly.

2.1 Protected Health Information

Certain Jeraa solutions may be configured within a HIPAA-enabled environment for eligible clients that handle protected health information ("PHI").

When Jeraa acts as a business associate or otherwise processes PHI on behalf of a covered entity or regulated client, our handling of that information is governed by applicable law and contractual requirements, including a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") when required.

Jeraa's public marketing website is not intended to collect PHI. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive health information through general website forms, chat, email, SMS, or other channels that have not specifically been designated for secure transmission of that information.

Use of a HIPAA-enabled technology environment does not, by itself, make a client's business or use of the Services compliant with HIPAA or other applicable laws. Clients remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations, including appropriate configuration, policies, procedures, access controls, workforce practices, and use of the Services.

We may use Google Analytics to measure website activity and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and related technologies.

We may also use Google advertising technologies from time to time for advertising, conversion measurement, audience development, or remarketing.

Our use of specific advertising platforms may change over time as our marketing activities change.

Some advertising technologies may allow information about your activities to be used to provide or measure interest-based or targeted advertising.

We take reasonable steps to select and use AI and automated technologies in a manner consistent with applicable contractual, privacy, security, and legal requirements.

13. ADVERTISING + STATE PRIVACY CHOICES

Jeraa does not sell or rent personal information for monetary compensation.

However, certain analytics, advertising, audience-development, and remarketing technologies may involve disclosures of identifiers, device information, or internet activity to advertising or technology partners in ways that may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," "cross-context behavioral advertising," or a "sale" under the laws of certain jurisdictions.

Where applicable law provides you with the right to opt out of these practices, you may exercise that right using any privacy controls made available on our website or by contacting us at [email protected].
